Nottingham Forest head coach Ange Postecoglou maintains that any pressure regarding his role will not influence his methodology.

The club remains winless in his first six games since the Australian took over from Nuno Espirito Santo at the City Ground.

"It doesn't enter my head," he added. "My responsibility lies in making sure this team advances and gets to a level where it can challenge for things," said Postecoglou.

"If I start putting timelines to that or stress over what is going to happen soon then I am not performing the position I have been given.

"I believe it is helpful to anybody. At the end of the day, I have to concentrate on the environment, the practice sessions, the style of play, and as I said recently, I am still very, very strong in my belief that we are not too far away.

"To explain - I knew I was being dismissed at Tottenham about three or four months before I was, but that didn't stop me from winning something."
