I will stamp all over 'credible fighter' Paul - Anthony Joshua

Anthony Joshua and Jake Paul face-off

Anthony Joshua is set to fight the American YouTuber in an eight-bout contest which will be broadcast in real-time on the streaming platform.

British boxer Anthony Joshua declared he will "dominate completely" Jake Paul and "break" the American as the pair confronted each other to promote next month's boxing match.

Former two time world boxing king Joshua battles YouTuber-turned-boxer Paul - in what is, on paper, a mammoth mismatch - at Miami's Kaseya Center on December 19th.

Boxer's Mentality

"I'm going to damage his features and break his body up. My goal is to show my superiority," Joshua, 35, stated.

"I'll stamp all over him. That's how fighters think.

"I'm going to really want to hurt him. That's my goal."

Civil Interaction

In spite of such comments, a calm Anthony Joshua and social media star Jake Paul - typically recognized for his theatrics - shared friendly words and remained civil with each other.

Paul instead attacked ex Joshua's opponent the Cameroonian fighter and labeled him "a joke" after Ngannou turned down a match opportunity.

Targeting Tyson Fury

Joshua, at the same time, took aim at UK opponent Fury - and rejected a million-pound wager 'The Gypsy King' says he will place on a Paul win.

"Jake Paul is superior to Tyson Fury - he showed up," Joshua commented.

"I respect him for that."

Serious Opponent

In spite of stating he plans to hurt Jake Paul, Anthony Joshua declined to talk badly about his opponent's boxing ability.

"Jake Paul is a legitimate boxer," he said.

Jake Paul's History

Jake Paul - who initially became famous on the Disney Channel - has primarily boxed MMA fighters or declining opponents since entering professional boxing.

He was defeated by Briton Tommy Fury in last year.

Commercial Attraction

However, the inexperienced fighter remains one of the sport's largest commercial attractions, frequently receiving huge financial rewards.

Prediction and Belief

The 28-year-old anticipated a knockout win in round four or five and claimed he would prevent the long-awaited Fury-Joshua bout, which is apparently being planned for two years from now.

"It will be myself against Tyson Fury next year," Jake Paul declared.

Physical Difference

As both boxers met for the traditional confrontation, with their height and weight contrast on show, it emphasized just how improbable this entire matchup is - and how remarkable it is that the fight is truly proceeding.
